BioReViz ( Biodiversity Relationship Visualization )

The present website visualizes the biological relationship between organisms. By exploiting LODAC (Linked Open Data for Academia) and D3 technology, the present website visualizes the relationship between Plants and Animals, Animals and Fungi, and Fungi and Plants. The data for this website were obtained through the activity of "Integrated research on biodiversity of interspecies relationships" (2011-2015) in National Museum of Nature and Science. Although the present data is partial, and does not cover whole the relationship between organisms, it will give you an inspiration to understand the complexity of the network behind the biodiversity.
